What is Vitensenteret Innlandet? An exciting, fun, and interesting environment packed with activities and experiments in natural science, technique, and mathematics for people in any age. If you are playful, curious, and willing to learn, you are more than welcome to come visit us in our old and interesting building in the middle of Gjøvik. Who can visit the Science Center? All people that are playful, curious, and willing to learn! Kindergartens, schools, businesses, teams, organizations, families and friends will have a good time at the Science Center. You can experience stars and planets in our own Planetarium every Saturday and Sunday. If you want to know more about the sky and what’s going on above you, don’t miss out of this opportunity! Where is it? The Science Center is located in Brennerigaten across from Gjøvik Gård in the middle of downtown Gjøvik. The center shares address with Gjøvik Glassverk (a glas factory) and Mjøsmuseet. Mondays to Fridays: Open for booked groups.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 11.00 - 17.00

Families: 250 NOK
Café:
In our Science Café you can buy hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes, and ice cream. Schools or kindergartens visiting can eat in our Science Café if given permission ahead of time.
Shopping:
The Science Center has its own Science Shop called the Klåfinger'n. Here you can find tons of good ideas for presents to people in any age. The Science Shop is open Saturday and Sunday during the Science Center’s hours.
